Shipping infos

Shipping:

• Normally the timeframe for delivery is in between 5 to 8 business days to arrive at your door.
• Please keep in mind the delivery time depend on customs clearance delays that can minimize any potential delays
• Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items
• Shipping fees are in charge by the customer.
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable

Order :

• Your order will be shipped after confirmation of payment is received.  The time gap between your sending and our receiving payment can vary. This time gap is outside of our control. 
• Once we receive your order, we get started on it right away

Wholesale: 

• 12 pieces minimum 
• Lead time production may vary between 2-4 weeks depending the order

• Customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer

Return policy

• Your item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange mail out your item with the original David Andre Collection tags label, must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund policy

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund on the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your bank policies.
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
